Now Hiring! A Leading alarm and security company is now hiring candidates for a Customer Service Agent Roles in Libertyville, IL.
This is an entry-level role where we are open to consider anyone with a little to no experience in customer service. THis would be a great opportunity for those looking for a longterm opportunity.
Job Duties:
- Will be conducting high volume email communication with customers.
- Utilize many internal systems for data entry, order entry and communication.
- Place a minimum of 70 orders via email utilizing 2 different computer systems daily.
Successful Candidates: Must have a GED and HS Diploma. Computer skills; basic navication, Microsoft Office Suite, and Typing Skills.Have the discipline to work indpendently from home, must have a quite space to successful complete assigned tasks for the day.
